Demolition done right in Prescott Valley
We break out and remove concrete, foundations, and small structures, separate and haul the debris, and pull the buried footings and slabs instead of covering them over. The site is left graded and open, ready for the next phase.
The old structure gone, the debris hauled, and the ground left clean and graded so the rebuild starts on a fresh slate.

Site work builders can
schedule around
Crews and GCs lean on us because the pad comes in to grade, the schedule holds, and the work passes inspection. No surprises on the job site.
01Built to spec, to grade
Pads and grades cut to plan, compacted, and finished so the slab goes down clean and the work passes inspection.
02Local ground knowledge
Decomposed granite, rock shelves, sloped lots, and monsoon runoff. We know how Quad Cities ground behaves and grade for it.
03Equipment for the job
A full fleet of excavators, loaders, and attachments to handle rock, slope, and scale, from a single pad to a full site.
04Licensed, insured, dependable
Fully licensed under AZ ROC #359583 and insured, with realistic schedules and clear communication start to finish.
When a PV lot needs an old slab, shed, or foundation gone before the rebuild, we break it out, separate and haul the debris, and grade the site clean so the new pad starts square.
Prescott Valley is the biggest city in the county now, pushing 48,000 people. The ground drops off Prescott's granite into a broad, more open basin of decomposed granite, gravel, and stretches of clay across the flats between Glassford Hill and Highway 69.
It is gentler ground than Prescott but not the free lunch it looks like. Caliche shows up in the trenching, clay pockets hold water and heave, and the flat lots do not shed water on their own, so drainage and compaction do the work slope used to. Read the clay wrong and it moves under a slab after the fact.
On flat ground like this, a pad that will not hold elevation or a trench that comes up short means water sitting where it should not. A careful, licensed hand gets the pad, the drainage, and the compaction right so you are not fixing it after the first monsoon.
