Septic System Installation done right in Whisper Canyon
We excavate and install to the approved design, set the tank and lines at the right fall, and backfill and grade so the system drains and the surface sheds water. We coordinate the inspection so the cover-up is signed off, not guessed at.
A conventional or alternative system installed to plan, inspected, and buried, with the lot graded back clean.

Above the rim in Whisper Canyon the granite shelf sits close under the topsoil, so we keep the septic on the flatter ground, excavate the tank and drainfield to the depth the rock allows, and set the lines to a fall that still drains.
Whisper Canyon is high ground off Williamson Valley Road, where the open plain drops west into ravines and box canyons that gave the place its name. The lots are large, and the ground changes fast the moment you leave the flat and start down the canyon wall.
Above the rim it is decomposed granite over the usual hard granite shelf, with boulders, juniper, and pinon breaking up the surface. Drop into the canyon and the grade steepens hard, so a pad or a drive has to be cut into the slope and drainage becomes the whole job, not an afterthought. Rock is close under the topsoil, and it dictates where the machine can actually go.
On a canyon lot the ground itself is half the reason people paid for it, so cutting into the slope wrong ruins the view and the drainage in one shot. An owner here needs a licensed contractor who reads the fall of the land before the first bucketful comes out.
