Utility Trenching done right in Heritage
We trench to the depth the utility and code require, work through rock and caliche with the right machine and teeth, bed and backfill so the line is protected, and compact the trench so you are not left with a sinking scar across the lot.
Water, well, electric, and septic lines run to depth, protected, backfilled, and compacted, with the ground put back the way it should be.

Trenching to a custom home among the boulders means cutting through granite and around rock to code depth, bedded and backfilled so the line clears the shelf and settles flush.
Heritage sits behind Forest Trails on the northwest side of Prescott, large custom lots with no HOA to answer to. The draw is the ground itself: big boulders and tall trees on lots where owners build to their own plan, which means each site is set up around the rock and the canopy already there.
This is boulder country over granite, with mature trees and real rock outcrop shaping where a house can even go. Grades vary lot to lot, and the boulders are often too large to remove, so the build gets designed around them. No HOA means fewer rules but no less need to get the pad, drainage, and access right on rock-heavy ground.
On a large custom home among boulders and tall trees, the site work sets the whole design, and a pad forced into the wrong spot or a drive that ignores the rock costs far more than doing it right. An owner here needs a contractor who can build around the boulders and protect the trees instead of bulldozing what makes the lot worth building on.
