Demolition done right in Cordes Lakes
We break out and remove concrete, foundations, and small structures, separate and haul the debris, and pull the buried footings and slabs instead of covering them over. The site is left graded and open, ready for the next phase.
The old structure gone, the debris hauled, and the ground left clean and graded so the rebuild starts on a fresh slate.

When an older Cordes Lakes structure comes down to make room, we break out the slab and foundation, separate the debris for haul-off, and grade the lot clean to rebuild.
Cordes Lakes is a platted area strung along I-17 with paved road access and long looks toward the Bradshaws and Mingus, which is a big part of why people buy here. The lots are smaller and more defined than the raw acreage around it, so the work is often infill: a pad, a drive, and utilities squeezed onto an established street.
This is high-desert ground of decomposed granite and caliche, firm underneath but loose on top, with slopes that catch afternoon monsoon cells off the Bradshaws. The caliche layer is the usual surprise, brutal to trench and unforgiving to a machine that is undersized for it. Paved access helps getting equipment in, but the lots themselves still slope enough that drainage has to be planned.
On a defined lot with neighbors close and a view to protect, a pad set off grade or a drive that sheds water the wrong way shows up fast. A licensed contractor keeps the cut inside your lines and the runoff off the pavement and off your foundation.
