The Ranch at Prescott is high ground on large lots with panoramic views, wrapped on all sides by the Prescott National Forest. Living against a forest boundary sets the tone. The views and the pines are the whole appeal, and the forest at every property line is the constant to build around.
The ground is Prescott granite, decomposed granite over rock shelves and boulders, on large lots that use slope and elevation to earn those panoramic views. Steeper, higher sites mean more cut and fill, more rock to work, and drainage that has to be built into the grade. With the forest surrounding these lots, fire mitigation and fast runoff off the sloped, wooded ground are part of every job.
