Demolition done right in Skull Valley
We break out and remove concrete, foundations, and small structures, separate and haul the debris, and pull the buried footings and slabs instead of covering them over. The site is left graded and open, ready for the next phase.
The old structure gone, the debris hauled, and the ground left clean and graded so the rebuild starts on a fresh slate.

When an old barn, corral, or homestead structure has to come down before you rebuild, we tear it out, separate and haul the debris, and grade the valley ground clean.
Skull Valley opens up west of Prescott along Iron Springs Road, ranching country where the granite hills give way to a broad grassland valley floor. This is rural land in acreage, working ranches and rural homesteads, where owners want room for horses, stock, and a house set well back off the road.
The valley floor carries grassland soil and clay in the lower spots, ringed by granite hills where decomposed granite and rock take over. Clay holds water where you do not want it, the valley drains toward the creek bottoms in a storm, and getting from the paved road back to a homestead often means a long access cut.
On rural acreage out here the drive and the utility runs are long and the ground shifts from clay flat to granite hill across a single parcel, so a contractor has to read both. An owner needs the pad set high and dry and the drainage built right, because the valley floor holds the water a build cannot afford to sit in.
