On a Wildwood Estates lot the water runs toward Iron Springs in a monsoon, so we set the tank and leach field where runoff will not flood it, excavate through the granite and shallow rock, and grade the ground to shed water off the field.
Wildwood Estates runs off Iron Springs Road on the west side of Prescott, a wooded neighborhood minutes from downtown but set in the pines against the National Forest.
