We survey the grade, over-excavate the basalt and caliche where it sits under the pad, and build up compacted lifts so a Paulden home has a stable base out on open ground.
Headwaters Ranch spreads across large open parcels of Big Chino grassland in Paulden, up near where the springs feed the head of the Verde River at around 4,200 feet.
