Spring Valley sits in the high-desert chaparral along the I-17 corridor near Mayer, where residential lots spread out across rolling ground between the highway and the Bradshaw foothills. This is acreage country, so a lot here usually starts as raw dirt with a long approach off the county road and views a buyer paid for and wants kept.
The ground is decomposed granite and caliche over granite ledge, dotted with chaparral brush and the odd wash cutting through.
